Trip 64g - New IH - chasis ... to Burnsville, MN 11/24/04 - Another good nights sleep, wasn't quite sitting on the customers door when the opened at 8 ... just as well ... they guy who had brought the truck up from Lincoln wasn't in until about 8:30 ... then they had to add mudflaps. They banded them on and I re-enforced them with a couple of bungy cords I bought ... more expenses ... prevention. Quick trip from Omaha to Burnsville ... about 8 mpg and I got the truck with over a 1/4 of fuel and left it with less than 1/4 ... Boss found someone to pick me up at the customer so looks like I'll clear about $120 for that days work ... <> 6 hours ... Page 8 - The next leg .... |
